Purchased the necklace for my sister as a birthday present. Had no clue size or weight and I was pleasantly surprised when it came in this beautiful black necklace case. Very nice piece of Murano glass, colors were magnificent the beaded navy blue and gold chain seems a bit thin for the weight of the piece - let's hope it holds up. Would love to find earrings that match- if they are available, please forward to my e-mail so I can purchase them and she can have a complete set, as this is the first piece of Murano glass she owns. Thanks again for a great one-of- a kind piece and value!
I ordered three of this style and two of other styles for myself and for Christmas gifts. I think they are pretty in the pictures but, with the exception of one other style I ordered, much prettier in reality. Each piece is beautiful, but since they are hand made, some are prettier than others. This one is a really nice piece. The "chain" is nicer on this one than the others I ordered, but then it was more expensive. I am very happy with the purchase and expect the recipients of them to be very pleased as well. They do come in a nice presentation box and also with a little brochure verifying them as Murano. (It's in the box but under the part the necklace is attached to...it took me a while to find it)
This necklace is stunning. The colors are gorgeous. I was so impressed I bought earrings and another necklace as a gift. The workmanship is excellent.
