Received this item to use with heritage wrist watches that have special memories. A few minor parts were missing, e.g, extra clamps to hold watches, nothing major really. Contacted Customer Service, which was really nice about the issue, however, the missing items were not in the warehouse. Then contacted supplying company, which did not have them either. Overstock was kind enough to give me a rebate. Item looks good on counter, does what it is supposed to do, and even has battery backup. Seems to be a well made product that serves a need.
