Absolutly horrible
I was sent this item by mistake. I purchased a completely different item and was sent this bracelet by mistake. I had to keep this tacky looking bracelet so I would have at least something to give my mom for her birthday. The customer service I received was shockingly bad. Overall, my experience with o.co has been very disappointing . The picture of this is deceiving and I would not recommend purchasing this product

Heart Bracelet..
If you arent going to let me post the truth.. then dont send me an option to post the truth.. I wouldnt recommend bracelets.. they are cheaply designed.. im happy with everything else except for the bracelets.. I have bought 3 and all 3 have broken. 2 of the 3 are in the jewelry store being fixed.. WHY AM I HAVING TO HAVE BRAND NEW BRACELETS FIXED?!!!
