    First let me say I ordered this bracelet in two-tone, silver cable bracelet with gold tone accents. I received black cable with silver accents. I notified them, returned it and was sent the exact same bracelet as a replacement. I went through the return process again and received a third black cable bracelet. I wouldn't rely too heavily on their shipping department because I'm thinking no one there knows how to read. The packing slip inside each package had the item correct - two-tone silver/gold cable bracelet. That aside, the quality is good on the actual cable, but very poor on the trim and crystal. It would be embarrassing to wear as an adult female even for costume jewelery. Had the sent the correct one, I would have given it to my 12 year old granddaughter once I saw it. After three tries, I gave up and asked for a refund. Good luck to you if you read this and continue with your order.
