ESQ Crestone Men's Black Dial Watch

This is a beautiful watch. I have been looking at watches to purchase for my fiance as a wedding gift. I am a watch person and I cannot stress enough that this watch looks more expensive than what I paid. I had originally bought another watch that I returned upon finding this one on Overstock. I know that ESQ is a good brand and I can anticipate the many years of enjoyment he will get out of such a wonderful timepiece. I did not rate it for durability because he has not worn it yet. It is heavy without being cumbersome and very well made.

I bought this watch for my partner for her birthday. She loves all the features. It is sturdy enough to be casual, but sharp enough to be dressy as well.

Pros: Very accurate timekeeper. I compare it to my atomic wall clock and it stays dead on for weeks. Has day and date. I wouldn't know either one without it being on the watch. Watch band (bracelet) is very nice, nicer than the Seikos. To my eyes it's a simple elegant design with a thin case. Cons: It's often difficult to see the hands. You would think that the silver stainless steel hands would be easy to see against a black background, but it just isn't so. Sometimes you have to move your wrist around to catch the light in such a way as to see the hands. Overall, accuracy is the most important to me, so this watch is a winner. I can depend on it to catch trains. If it says I have a minute and 21 seconds left, that's what it is! Also, it retains the time very well, within a second or two per month! I am very happy with this purchase and I wish I needed two of these so I could reasonably buy another one.

I bought this watch for my husband, and he was totally surprised. I would not have been able to afford this brand at a store. I recommend taking it to a jewelry store to have the it sized, it gives directions to do it yourself but the pins are very small. The clasp is very nice also--this watch is not going anywhere. It looks great on as well (it lays close, and is a good grade of stainless like you would expect from a nice watch, but is not too heavy).

Iam very happy with this purchase. I have four or five wathces from Ostock, I am happy with them all. This watch at the Las Vegas outlet mall was 75 dollars more! Nice looking and east to read...
