This is a professional and very accurate diver watch. It is very stylish and I iove the look of the stainless and black case and rotating bezel which makes a great sound. This is a solid watch with pretty good weight for a quartz watch. The rubber band is not sticky and soft, but it is smooth, hard and comfortable, and likely can resist salt-water and abuse. The only downside is that it will likely be expensive to change the battery due to the screw-in case and water seals.
