The watch is very nice especially for the cost. There is one flaw. The ring that holds the band slides around and the band will not stay latched. I ended up putting tape on the back of the band to hold it in place.

I bought this watch in silver several months ago and wore it again just recently. I was immediately reminded why I disliked it so much as soon as I put it on. The band is so stiff that it slips out of the loop that should secure it and there is no way to keep it pklace. I did not return it because I would have only received a partial refund. I received an email from "Overstock.com" today saying that this was an item I would want to purchase - WRONG!yggep

Bought this as a gift for someone special. Jeweler said it was an inexpensive watch and not worth repair. The watch looked great but keeping time is rather important. very disappointed.

I wish I had believed the other reviews. They said the band won't stay fastened and they were right. I have tried everything (except pliars) to get the band to stay in place, but it won't stay under the fastener and flops around constantly.
It is a bit hard to fasten too on the belt like prong that goes through the band.
It is pretty, but what a waste of money.

A beautiful watch which I would recommend to anyone. It really sets off an outfit when I am dressed to go out. The only problem I have is that the end of the band can snag my clothes and catch on things I brush against.

This watch is keeping excellent time so far. I like the watch pretty well, but color is artificially bright gold, so it looks fake, but for the price I can't complain The main problem with this watch is that it is not tight enough for a small wrist. I have 2 1/2 inches of loose band hanging there, and the one small holder does not hold it more than a few minutes when wearing. it.. If the buckle had a back side like a belt buckle it might help some, but it still needs an adequate band holder for excess band . Any ideas what I can do beside putting an ugly paper clip on to hold the band in place.??????? Thanks anyway.

As some of the other reviews state - the watch band does not stay in the holder strap. It is annoying. The watch looks very nice though and if I can successfully superglue the little strap holder in place I think I will be happy with the watch.

I am enjoying this watch and am glad I bought it. I would prefer that it had a pretty stretch band instead of the one it's got, but it is a very attractive watch and a different shape than you usually see. I have gotten several compliments on it.

The gold Rhombus watch, by Lucien Picard, is VERY glamorous. It dresses up ANY outfit (snaps fingers) like that! Especially a simple black dress.. (people wouldn't even notice if you forgot your shoes!).

The watch has a beautiful face, but the band is a problem. The band is an open mess which is not what I thought from the pictures and it is hard to get on and off. Also, the little loop that holds the end of the watch band in place after you put it on keeps moving so the watch band sticks out and gets caught on things. For a casual watch this is ok, but not the formal watch I thought it would be. But the price is ok even if it is only a casual watch so no great loss there.
