Quality is Suspect Watch came in a timely manner - very pretty, semi well packaged but had wiggle room in shipping box. Hour hand was loose and would move when watch was tilted. I requested a return label and have shipped it back. I'm sure it is not the same for all of these watches but I declined a replacement and opted for a refund.
