De Buman Sterling Silver Sapphire and Cubic Zirconia Necklace

4 stars go to the pendant: the sapphire is little too dark, but at least it's genuine. I like it a little bigger (sapphire), maybe 6x8mm instead of 5x7mm, too big would look fake. CZs are very sparkling, a good way to save $$$ from real diamonds. 2 stars go to the chain, cheap looking, I'll change it before it breaks for sure. 6 stars go to Overstock's customer service: I bought this necklace mainly because I bought a same style matching ring from this same brand earlier. The ring's sapphire has better blue color, and it came in a nice brown ring box with the golden brand name printed on it (not like other white or silver cardboard box I recieved from this site), so I found this matching necklace and was planning these two pieces as a set of gift. Surprised, not the deep blue color I was concern the most, but the necklace came in a white cardboard box (again?), then I called.....long in short, their reps sent me a new nice brown jewelry box in no time no cost. You know, many times, a presentation means a lot. They did satisfied their customer even on this $ not $$$ of jewelry, made us a valuable customer. Definitely come back more!!!
