Inexcuseable order fraud
I saw previous reviews for this necklace and thought that an occasional mix-up was ok, but apparently Overstock needs to hire some people that actually pay attention to packaging orders. The order took longer than expected and then arrived with the wrong item.
- How did the image on site compare with the actual product? This necklace looks exactly like I wanted, but I was sent a 17 inch necklace and charged for the 20 inch necklace that I ordered.
- How accurate was the sizing? As above, this necklace was supposed to be 20 inches long, but was only 17 inches long.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Fair quality if I had gotten the length that I ordered.
