good watch Watch is OK, especially if a wrist watch irritates your wrist. It is exceedingly difficult to replace the batteries (there are two, one for the red LED light and one for the watch). The maker wants you to return the watch for battery replacement which costs 70% or so of the original cost of the watch. If you replace them yourself, take macro photos with your camera at each step of the way and BE CAREFUL NOT TO LOSE A LITTLE LOOSE SPRING (3/32 DIAMETER X 1/4 INCH LONG) WHICH WANTS TO SPRING OUT WHEN YOU OPEN THE WATCH! OPEN THE WATCH VERY SLOWLY AND OBSERVE THE LOCATION OF THE SPRING. Do all this over a piece of white cloth so you can (hopefully) find the spring if it pops out. There are other small pieces which must go back exactly. Take those pictures before removing them!
