These are nice earrings for the price, but I wouldn't call them 'chocolate' brown. The ones I received were too orange. The backing is pretty small too. I returned them because I really dislike the color, but if you're okay with more of a rust color than chocolate, then they'll work for you. The size is great too.

I purchased these earrings as a gift. I had spent a lot of time trying to find some in stores that would match a necklace, but was finding no luck. These earrings provide a great value for the size and the price that remains unmatched.

These earrings came on time and were as advertised. I wish I had taken the time to measure out the advertised centimeters, since they are bigger than those on my necklace and I should have ordered smaller ones. However, these work, they match the color on my necklace and I have them in my jewelry case ready to wear.

Recently, I purchased these chocolate pearl earrings for my lover and when they arrived I was very pleased. They shipped faster than expected at no additional charge - I expect that's because Overstock has their shipping dept in good order and they get on orders right away. The pearls are beautiful, a really subtle shade of brown and match very nicely. I can't say that I fully expected the earrings to have a flatter top than other pearls that I've purchased and buyers should know that these versions are not completely round. I also think it would be a good idea for Overstock to have one photo in the gallery on the product page to have a "ruler" along one edge of the photo so that relative sizes of earrings could be determined, not in millimeters, but inches. Perhaps this could change across the site or across that particular photo box depending on what measurement type was most familiar. Great job as usual overall.

The pearls are lovely. Very nice. However, the backings of the earrings are awful. These pearls are so large and the backings are so small that they offer very little security. I found myself worrying about them falling off. Other nice earrings I have, came with backings that are sized appropriately for the size of the earrings..
