amazing!
I was really nervous about buying pearls online site unseen but it worked out marvelously! The pearls are gorgeous! They have a very high sheen, lovely white with blue overtones. The gold catch is not the heaviest, but more than sufficient. They come in a plastic "pleather" pouch that i was not thrilled with, so just know you have to get your own gift container.

Beautiful Pearls!
These pearls are uniform, true to size and creamy pink in color... well worth the price! I comparisioned shopped at some high end jewelry stores and the closest set were priced at hundreds more!! Way to go Overstock!!

16" Akoya pearls
I don't really know that much about the quality. They just don't seem very nice. They arrived in a cheap little white bag that says, "Made In China" on it and I don't think I can cut the tag off. I will have to go and get a nicer box to give as a gift. It doesn't say Akoya or cultured pearl anywhere. It is true, you get what you pay for. Not everything at Overstock is a great deal.
