DIAMOND STUD ANALYSIS-DO NOT PUT BACK ON SITE

I bought this pair of earrings for my 30th birthday. I had problems recieving the earrings. First they told me it was delived and signed but I didn't receive anything. I had to wait another week before i finally got my earrings. To my disappointment the two studs were uneven one being smaller than the other. Secondly one earring clearly had a very noticable spec that can be seen with the naked eye, which it isn't suppose to have if it was a VS1 or a VS2. Very disappointment. I didn't return it since there was such a problem getting it, and once on people really can't notice the differnce in size or the spec. BUT as a buyer i noticed and it does make a difference. I have purchased from Overstock many times before and did not get any problems this is the first.

good value, arrived on time in good condition. they arrived in small ziploc bags inside a felt sachet, i would have liked a nicer packaging, maybe a box??? but diamond quality good and appreciated the small card authenticity certificate. no complaints.

I am serving overseas with the Army and I wasn't sure what to buy my wife for Christmas. I told a friend of mine that I was looking to purchase a very nice set of diamond earrings for my wife for her birthday. He brought me to his jeweler who was helpful and educated me a little more about shopping for diamonds. After looking at the stones that he had and going to several diamond centers and facilities I elected to purchase this set of earrings from Overstock because of the value, quality and no risk involved. When I received them I was floored. Not only were they what Overstock claimed them to be, they were more beautiful than any set that I saw in the stores at this price range. You also receive a certificate from them that lists exactly what they claim to have sold you. How can you ask for anything more. I'm sold and will be back for more. Thanks Overstock, Eric.
