I wore this less than 2 hrs and the chain broke, trying to contact customer service but the sit will not take me there..saying unable to display, I would like to replace it....

I expected this necklace to be a of a bit higher quality. It come across as if the stones were glued in. Some of them looked a bit crooked. I had seen this same necklace being sold via a Groupon, and the pictures there looked great. It was the same manufacturer and everything. This would be a good necklace for a young child who may not know the difference, or who may lose it. But I bought it for my mother, and I was a bit embarrassed.

Purchased as a gift for a friend. She loved it. Not real big, but a "just right" size for everyday. A good weight and balance to the necklace with a sturdy chain.
