A nice watch ofr everyday use for my GF who is a nurse. A good deal

I have bought Croton watches in the past and have been more than happy. This particular one i have only had since may and aprrox 3 months ago it began collecting moisture under the glass, scratching across the face, the black trim has long been scraped off, and the clasp is filmsy. i am very outdoorsy and hard on my watches b/w fun and work, but this is unexcuseable. I did purchase the 2-yr warranty and will be starting that process, hopefully this will be resolved quickly. I have to say in the many years and products i have purchased from Overstock, this is the first one i have been disappointed in... i am assuming it is a fluk!

I bought a second one after misplacing/losing my first. Need I say more?

Broke my wrist 10 yrs ago and now need a longer watch band than most "ladies" watches offer. THIS one came with some room to spare on me - no sizing necessary. Of course, you CAN have it sized if you prefer. It has more of a bracelet feeling which I prefer since I don't like a tight-fitting watch - esp. during the hot summer! The face dial and hands are easy to read and the clasp is sturdy! If you are active and don't like a tight watch, you will like it. . It is all stainless steel construction, so if your skin is sensitive to base metals this is another plus. I have NOT found it to be overly large (I'm 5'7"and athletically built) or heavy on my wrist. A GREAT all-around watch!

We wanted a great watch to take when we go on vacation. It is lightweight and very comfortable to wear. I wear glasses for reading & I don't need them to see the time. Great watch, great value

I needed a durable, sturdy watch. This is a great watch for the price range and quality. So far this watch has held up to my needs. The band is a little large, but nothing that can't be handled by taking a few links out. I have gotten several compliments on the watch. I would recommend this product to my friends and family.

I bought this watch about 1 yr ago. For about 2 months now it has been developing droplets under the glass and has a foggy appearance. Further more, the date dial has not worked correctly for quite some time, even prior to the moisture problem. I have been very careful with this watch, never submerged it in water (although it suppose to be water resistant) . So before you buy, consider other options.

Love the watch - it was exactly what I'd been looking for. The fact that the watch is a much better quality than I thought I would find in my price range is a bonus. And, tthe white numerals and hands against the black face make it very easy to read. The size of the dial is large enough to be practical without being so large that it looks out of place on my wrist, which is small.

this watch looks great. bought it as a gift for my sister. in less than 3 months it got water in it and now in less than 6 months the paint is chipping. its not a good watch at all

Four stars only because of the band, the watch is very nice. It's thin, light and well done, too bad the band feels and looks like it's about to fail and makes me think I'm going to have to replace the band or worry about losing the watch somewhere. I just hope there is a replacement for the band that is available. I would recommend the watch because it's very nice for the price and maybe the band would last but I'm looking for a replacement so add that to the cost.

When I got the watch in, the latch would not correctly work. I still have problems with it not wanting to snap shut. The face of the watch also scratches easily. I have had several watches and worn them for years and this watch already has more scratches on it after a months worth of wear(almost hard to read numbers). I also find it somewhat uncomfortable. If I lay my arm down on my desk at work, the latch seems to cut into my skin. I usually just take the watch off. Overall, I really wish I did not buy it. I hate to waste money, but I am thinking of going and buying another watch.

I bought this watch for my sister's birthday. The only thing she didn't like about the watch is the size of its face. It was a little bigger than she expected which makes it not as feminine as she would have liked. Other than that, she loves the watch. The band is a little looser than she thought it would be, but she loves the looser fit anyway. The craftsmanship is excellent. The watch is very durable: thanks to they stainless steel construction. The watch is not too flashy, but can still be worn with your casual wear. This sports watch does not look like a military issued watch so it's great for normal everyday use by a woman.

Nice watch, has a nice big face. Took me a moment to figure out how to shorten the band, DUH... but other that that, I am a satisfied customer.

This watch is very nice looking and just what I was looking for. I wanted something I could wear while working out and w/swimming lessons with my kids so it needed to be sporty and water resistant. I also wanted it to be a good looking watch that I could wear everyday. This watch fits both of those descriptions. I would recommend this watch to anyone. The only minor complaint is that the band is not as heavy/sturdy as I was expecting, but its fine.

Watch face was a little bigger than I expected (~1-1/8 in. diam.) but that was a good thing because I like them a little big anyway! It's extremely attractive and can be used for casual wear or dress, but is the perfect every-day watch for me. I need luminous hands for night and these actually work (not too skinny & hard to see)-that's what finally sold me on the watch because I was specifically looking for an attractive stainless steel watch with luminous hands, and that was not too dressy. Croton is a quality watch brand, and I think I finally found my perfect watch, I will use it for years to come. An excellent purchase--Thank you Overstock!!

I've been wearing this watch for two months now and it is everything I was looking for...at an excellent price. It's easy to read and is very comfortable to wear and it's good looking.

.... to get whatever I order in good condition but was disturbed when I received the watch with a bent clasp at the watch base. I decided to save time, money and aggravation by taking it to a jeweler, who repaired it and took out a few links for a better fit. Overall, the watch is pretty nice--good for what I need which is a simple, durable everday watch that's reliable--it's been a couple of months and so far, so good.

Nice watch. It has the "famous look" of a classic military watch maker. So far, I really like it! I have a large wrist and like my watches loose. This one is right for me, but could be too large for smaller wrists and might require link removal.

I wear this watch everyday. It works well with casual wear and dress. I love the way it looks. This is a great watch for the price Overstock is asking.Would recommend it to anyone who enjoys a great watch.
