Citizen Eco-Drive technology never needs a battery; it harnesses the power from any natural or artificial light source and converts it into energy which is stored in an Eco-Drive energy cell. It recharges continuously in any kind of light to run forever.
A screw-down crown (knob) creates a water-resistant seal. To unscrew the crown, turn counter-clockwise and pull/push into position to set time, date, and other functions. To close the crown, press it against the case and turn clockwise.

Dial hard to read
I returned this watch because the face was difficult to read. Smaller than expected, with a very dim face area, the numbers were faint compared to other watches by this maker. The band was more muted than the two tone shown. It blended the gold and silver rather than contrasted them. There are other watches at this price with far nicer appearance and better quality. Also, the band is very generous and will need to have links removed. Great size face for a small wrist. A shame the dial was not sharper.
- How did the image on site compare with the actual product? The colors of the band blended There was less contrast between the gold an silver tones than expected.
- How accurate was the sizing? The band was large, needed links removed. The wtach face was smaller than expected.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Quality was so-so.

Great watch!
My husband had bought me a stunning Citizen’s watch as an anniversary present, but it was ‘too much’ watch for my wrist. I returned it and found this one at Overstock. It is perfect for my needs – both classy for work and dressy for evening. After taking out a few links, it sits flat and well on my wrist. And I love that it is eco-driven – it charged quickly and is keeping excellent time.
