I really loved the color of the stone in these earrings. Sort of an impulse buy, but not too damaging since they are not pricey.They came in a sturdy white cardboard box,, with tissue inside of the box as well so that they wouldnt move around during transport. Then the whole box was wrapped with tissue, which made it feel like a gift! They are dainty, definitely smaller than I was hoping for, but they are pretty. They look well made, but I will have to see how they hold up over time. Ideally, they seem like they would be best suited for a young female, or for sure someone with a short hairstyle. Im in my 40s and my hair is long, so I am afraid that these pretty little earrings will get lost under my hair. I like them too well to send them back though, so I will save them for occassions when I wear my hair tied back. I love shopping with O but I have noticed though that the jewelry that is not photographed on a model is hard to really appreciate the size, since there is no perspective.( I have had this same experience with several rings and another pair of earrings as well that I have purchased at O.) I must get better at cluing in to the measurements that are given, I must just read right over those details....anyway, not bad for the price but smaller than I hoped for.

I ordered these earrings two days ago and they came in today's mail! I wore them all day and love everything about them. They're more beautiful than you'd imagine by the picture. The silver is very shiny and the crystal is a beautiful deep purple. The earrings are really delicate and the silver has an ornate, old-fashioned look. They are nice and LIGHT and very comfortable to wear. I would give these as a gift to my sisters, mother or best friend.

I was bit disappointed; I didn't realize how unlike a genuine gemstone Swarovski is. The image looks like amethyst, but the earring's bead feels like plastic, though I guess it's glass. Still the earrings are cute and I like to color and finding above the bead. Also the closure is quite comfortable. I like wearing them.
