The anklets actual lenth was 9 1/4' with the extender. I purchased it because of the extra inch. Necklace lengths aren't that important but an inch makes a big difference in anklet or bracelet length. I chatted with customer service about the discrepancy and they said that the length was approximate and that is stated in the description. I returned it.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The quality is good but the sizing is incorrect.. The decription says 9's with a 1" extender and the actual length was 9 1/4"s with the extender. Also after getting in touch with o.co, they told me the length is approximate and that is listed in the discription as
