I was a little disappointed because I was expecting a wedding set and it was only a ring, so I had to return it and now I wait to receive a in store credit so I can reorder a wedding set that I found and now I hope that the set I want is still in stock. A long process because it was a Valentine's gift that has not been received yet, a little frustrating ,but I hope everything works out. Right now as for customer service it has been helpful. Andrew the first person I talked to was very helpful, but after that everyone was just ok, because they were just giving me answers but not willing ( it appears) to go the extra distance to make sure I was a happy customer.The ring I ordered was on Feb 6, 2014, and received Feb 12,2014 and returned Feb.27, because I was waitng for a return label in the mail that I never received and so I had to print the one off line to ship the ring back.(not a personal printer) It was disappointing because I talked to 2 customer service agents and they said the label was being shipped and it has not come in the mail yet. So now I wait again for in store credit, almost a month and still no ring. I will be extremely careful about ordering again to make sure that I get what I want.
I am on my second one. I waited for the replacement before I rated the ring. The first one I sent back because the stones that run across each other in the middle were very cloudy, no sparkle. I contacted Customer Care and they sent me a replacement right away. The 2nd one is better. The center cluster is very clear, the sides still have some milkiness to them, but they do sparkle and are clearer than the first one. I am going to keep this one. If you love the look of this ring like I did and do not mind the slightly milky side diamonds, I would say go for it. For the price you can not expect perfection and it is a beautiful ring.
