Bulova Women's Two-tone Watch

I spent a few hours looking at all the watches on Overstock before I decided on this Bulova watch. In addition to the beautiful styling, features and very reasonable price I was impressed with the other buyer's reviews. All positive! I received the watch very quickly and was excited to wear it. The watch looked even nicer than the photos. It will be perfect for casual or dressy attire!!! And the duo tone metal will match any other jewelry I am wearing whether it be gold or silver. The description of the watch stated the watchband measured 8". I have a 7 1/2" wrist so I thought it would fit perfectly. The watch band actually measured 6 1/2" with the clasp closed. This watch has a beautiful and unique closure on the band and I think the mesurement was taken with the band closure in the open position. I took the watch to my local jeweler who ordered the additional links for me. Bulova provides two free links and additional links cost appx. $7.00 per link. Each link measures 1/8". It will cost appx. $60 for enough links.The folks at the jewelry store (which sells Bulova watches by the way) were pretty impressed at the price. They looked at my new Bulova watch with the jeweler's loupe and said, "It's real!" with surprise in their voice. I looked at the watches in their display case and you can't come close to a watch of this quality for the price on Overstock.com! All that being said, I would still highly recommend this watch. Just "watch" your sizing and be prepared for extra expense if your wrist is larger than 6 1/2".

I was very happy with the quality of the watch I purchased. I am a little sorry that I can't read the date - it's too small. The durability seems ok, but I think time will tell. I would recommend it to anyone.

I bought this watch as a gift and the response I got when the gift was opened was, "this watch is perfect, it is me." I have 2 best friends who both just celebrated their 50th birthday and I ordered Bulova watches for both of them. Since they are different personalities I picked different watches for them. Both watches were a complete and total success and I was totally happy with my purchase in both cases. If you knew the person that I bought this watch for, you would know the search that I went on to find just the perfect gift for her. This turned out to be the right choice and I am so pleased that I got it for her. She will even wear it at her daughter's upcoming wedding. This tells me just how much she loves the watch.
