I purchased this necklace for my daughter's 18th birthday. The pendant was much smaller than indicated on the screen and the chain appeared chintzy. This necklace did not work as a birthday gift mainly because of the size problem. It looked like she was wearing a child's necklace. However, part of the issue may be because my daughter is 6' tall. I think the necklace will look nice on her aunt for Christmas. Her aunt is only 5' tall.

THE NECKLACE WAS BEAAUTIFUL AND IS A GHRISTMAS GIFT. I KNOW MY DAUGHTER IN LAW WILL L LOVE IT. IT IS A NICE SIZE AND CAN BE WORN TO DRESS UP ANY OUT FIT. BEAUTIFUL WORKMANSHIP.

I do love this Black Hills Gold garnet pendant. I have been wanting a garnet pendant to go with a garnet ring and this is so beautiful. I would love to get the amethyst one like it too. I love shopping with Overstock.com. Thank you!
