This ring is pretty except that it appears to be a second in quality;the heart is mounted off center and is not level as you can see in the side view picture. I wish Overstock exercised more quality control before sending out jewelry, since you must pay a restocking fee even if you return second-rate merchandise.

metal too soft at bottom of ring when I picked something up the band bent & I couldn't wear it any more. Stone and black hills gold design is beautiful but unwearable.

first purchase
I was impressed by your stock and keen pricing. My wife is a big fan of blackhills gold and has a few other pieces. As this is our Ruby Wedding year (40yrs) Iasked her what she would like by way of a gift from me to mark this occassion. So after looking around on the web, I happend to come across your site and I new right then I had found just exactly the right present, and that she would simply love it . It arrived within the dates given and was well packaged . Her eyes light up when she saw it and was so very pleased with it. So 10 out of 10 to you guys I am one happy customer. Very Subtantial Ring
I purchased this ring for my granddaughter and was extremely pleased when it arrived. The size and weight of the ring is very substantial, larger than I expected, but not overpowering for a pre-teen. However, this is not just for a child, it can be worn by an adult too. The rose gold leaves are paler than I would have wanted, but do show some contrast to the overall design. Very good value.

not what I expected
The ring looks more authentic in the picture. I have been wearing it for one day and keep looking at it to wait to see if it will grow on me. My daughter's comment was, "It looks cheap". I am disappointed, sadly since I was so excited to get the ring and kept going back to it when I went to the site to decide which ring I wanted to purchase. I am looking into another ring.The 10K on the inside of the ring that is shown in the picture is not on my ring. Why is that?
