I don't usually buy jewelry online. I need to see it, especially when gem stone color is an issue. So, I read all the reviews on several items before I made my decision. This was a gift for my daughter and I was going to be picky. I was only interested in the Blue Topaz stone (didn't care about the birthstone part), and had usually seen the very light (pale) colored stones in stores, something neither my daughter or I wanted. If it did not meet either of our required rich color, I'd send it back. When I received this ring (shipping was very quick), I was shocked and amazed at how exact the ring matched the image on the site! It is an Absolutely Beautiful ring! When I gave it to my daughter, she was just as shocked and ecstatic with the color of the stone and overall look of the ring. This is my first review and give it happily. :)

The Black Hills Gold ring i purchased was a December birthstone. My lady was surprised that i bought her this nice ring. She had seen it earlier and was not dissappointed when she saw the real item. It is not large in size but look great and is holding up well. Blue is her birthstone color. Would buy another Black Hills Gold item for sure. Overstock did a great job with price and delivery too.

i was very happy with the appearance,of this ring. hopefully it will fit my daughters finger come june at her graduation but i am sure she will grow into it. but it is a beautiful style and appearance is spectacular. workmanship is good. and a great buy.
