The strap looks great and fits my Parnis 43 Power Reserve perfectly. I also tossed on a 20mm deployment clasp, and that went smoothly as well. The leather is "genuine leather," which is actually the lowest quality leather you can get, but for this price it's the best you're going to find. The blue stitching has kept very well the month I've had this, and the "alligator" embossing looks good. Anyone expecting full-grain leather is going to be disappointed, but if you keep the price in mind, this is an excellent value. Rub some neatsfoot oil or mink oil on the strap when you get it, and it will soften up considerably.
