Women's Swiss Watch
The 1st watch that arrived was not working. I could not move the stem to set the time. I wrote to ask for a replacement. I heard back almost immediately from Overstock and they sent a replacement within a couple of days. HOWEVER, they sent the wrong color. I ordered a gold/silver watch and when I received the replacement it was all silver. I was disappointed and do not like it as well but plan to keep it. I do not want the hassle to return again.
