  • Not as I was hoping

    I was giving this item as a keepsake gift for our first wedding anniversary. The item didnt meet the quality I was hoping for. It seemed more like a trinket than keepsake heirloom. The watch opened only partially and the walking liberty is shown only on the front of the watch. The obverse is not shown at all (major negative since my hubby is a coin collector). I had tried contacting customer service via chat before I bought the watch, but was offered no assistance. The woman kept me "on hold" for almost 30 minutes and never did answer any of my questions. I finally disconnected and gambled on making the purchase. Mistake! Not only was the pocket watch a disappointment, but the return policy of Overstock is too. Needless to say this was my first and LAST purchase from this company.
