Huge Case!
I purchased this watch because of it's unique design and great reviews. When I opened the box, I was overwhelmed with disappointment. Don't get me wrong, the watch is absolutely gorgeous however the band and case is really large. Too large for a small to average man's wrist. This would look fantastik on a tall, average to large sized man or one with a large bone structure. Unless of course he prefers a big, bulky watch that looks HUGE on his arm! I am sending it back for another that is similar in appearance but hopefully with a smaller case. I hope this helps someone else in their decision to buy it. It's very difficult to purchase an item like this when you can't see it in person.

I AM RETIRED AND MY WIFE SAID I NEEDED A HOBBIE. I LIKE WATCHES SO DECIDED I WOULD COLLECT WATCHES. I AM MOST HAPPY TO HAVE THIS AUGUST STEINER IN MY COLLECTION. THE ROSETONE COMPLEMENTS THE BLACK BAND WITH IT'S WHITE STITCHING. KEEPS GREAT TIME, NEVER MISSES A MINUTE. WARES WELL BOTH CASUAL OR DRESS.IT'S A INTERESTING WATCH SINCE IT'S A CHRONOGRAPH.

i had more complaments on this watch than any other watch that i own. the quality far surpasses the price range for this style of watch. unfortunatly my watch was misplaced, but i liked it so much, i a contiplating purchasing the exact model aain. its a great value.

cool, somewhat impressive
I like it, but ther are some cons. Pros - trendy; beautifully made to impress with somewhat quality external materials; good size (don't think it is as large as other buyers said); good price; beautiful details and colors; works well - don`t say it will last; good chronograph; very nice bracelet. Cons - small dials are not so easy to read at all as the advertising figures induce you to think; small date dial is absolutely useless; presentation box poorly made, which makes you think twice before making a gift of it; not a hint about it's parts origin

Great buy!
Love the watch, but it did not come with directions as many others have indicated (Overstock needs to review the reviews on this watch to correct it). Watch looks and feels great. Very happy I purchased.

As advertized, price was a good buy. I got mine for $70 due to discount and Groupon O.co $10 credit. Normally watch would sell for $100 as best price, plus S+H. But because of problem below I only gave it a "FAIR" rating. One BIG problem was that this is a chronograph watch, with lots of buttons and dials, etc. THERE WERE NO INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED TO TELL YOU HOW TO SET THE CHRONOGRAPH. I'm still experimenting with all the dials on the side to see if I can make some sense of how they operate...!

Beautiful
This is an unusual wrist watch. Not for everyday. Very nice looking. Hard to tell if it is an expensive watch or cheap knock-off. it does have character. I like it and added it to my collection.

Nice looking watch
A good looking chronograph with Swiss movement for either dress or leisure. Overall decent quality at this price and the movement keeps very accurate time. Very pleased with my purchase.
