The watch is very nice and comfortable.

After a stumble, the watch is fantastic!
Shipping was very quick, but when it arrived, it was the wrong watch. It was Saturday evening so I went online and chatted with someone from the company. They emailed me within 5 minutes and emailed me a return label. UPS was open until 6 PM so I took it up there right away. About a week later, the correct watch arrived. I was so happy to see it and it looked so much better than the picture! So pleased. My husband was just thrilled with the watch and wears it all the time. So, quick shipping, quick returns and wonderful product!
