I purchased a set for myself around Christmas time. I had been using the coil back nose jewelry from the time I had my nose pierced. I like changing up my nose jewelry, and I felt like the coil was difficult and at times painful to remove on a regular basis. This is what let me to try the nose pin. Ever since I bought this, I have NEVER gone back to the coil. A couple of the "stones" have fallen out over time, but it doesn't bother me because there are more where they came from! I had spent anywhere from $20 - $100/nose ring in the past, so this is a GREAT deal! I just purchased a 2nd set to give a friend for her birthday.

Received nose bones in about a week. Was pleased with the product. Could use more colors. But it is true to what other reviewers wrote. Flat to nose. Sparkly, not too big or small. Perfect, and I will order again. Thanks.

These nose rings were a wonderful purchase. They arrived quickly and neatly packaged. I do wish that there were more colors in the package, but the variety that I did receive was okay. There were more white than any other color, which worked. The best part of the purchase, however, was the price. For the number of nose rings that I received, I would have paid more than $25 anywhere else and these were considerably less expensive. If you're like me and you lose them all of the time, that can be a HUGE savings!!

absolutely love these nose rings;was hesitant at first-but so glad I purchased them. not to big or small; has sparkle. only suggestion is to get more colors( dk green, dk purple,yellow)

A trivial delight. It's fun swapping out the sparkly little bones every day, or matching my outfits. I have a sensitive piercing, and these are nice and clean. And -- fast service, nice low shipping. Good site, Overstock! I'd use it again.

These were exactly what I expected. 20 should last me years. These have a small ball on the end to prevent it from falling out and they fit pretty flat to your nose.

I love these Nose Bones! They have a very nice sparkle, in the past I've purchased these and they last a very long time. All you need to do is clean them with mild soap & an old toothbrush. You can't beat the amount you receive for the price! I plan on giving over half away to a family member.You won't regret purchasing these.....Have fun!

I was unsure when I bought them, because they looked a little big, and I have a small nose; however, when I got them I was really pleased with the appearance of them, and now I can change the colors w/o paying a ton of money.

They are so sparkly and cute! The length is perfect and the colors are nice. The problem is the cute sparkly stone will not stay on the nose ring for more than 2-3 days. Ive taken to adding a drop of super glue to all of them to try to get some value out of them.It The super glue takes away most of the shine though,and with that I say,skip this item.

These are great little nose bones, but unfortunately the guage is smaller than average, I would guess 22. They're much smaller than the 18 guage I was pierced with and unfortunately cannot use them. Make sure you know what you're getting into before buying your body jewelery...
