I love my engagement ring! I was looking for a princess halo engagement ring, and looked at other sites as well as many rings on Overstock. Overall, I am very happy with the ring I chose. I get so many compliments on it daily. It is very dainty yet looks bigger than it actually is. There is one flaw in the diamond, which no one else can even see, it took me several long stares to see it myself, but it's still hard for me to see it. I find myself constantly looking at the ring throughout the day, it sparkles in any light. Ordered another band as my wedding band as there is not a perfect match yet, but once the perfect match is created, will be buying that as well! Highly recommend. Plus the price is unbeatable!

I purchased this ring for my (then) fiance as an engagement ring last year and after 1 year of her wearing it one of the stones fell out. Because we did not purchase the warranty Overstock did absolutely nothing to help us. Obviously we would have purchased the warranty had we known that after $1200 and 13 months the ring would start falling apart. We took the ring to a local, high-end jewelry store to be repaired and the jeweler would not even FIX the ring because she said it was a structural issue and there was likely a DEFAULT in the ring - that more stones would likely fall out in the near future. If you dare purchase this item, make sure that you spend the money on the warranty and that you don't grow too attached to the merchandise, because it will fall apart and Overstock won't have sympathy for you once it does. Had I known that this was going to happen I would never have made the purchase. A product that was supposed to last a lifetime only lasted 13 months, and because Overstock only offers a refund after 30 days we are just out the money that we spent. Obviously we did not think that this would happen within the first year of ownership, much less 30 days. When we called into Overstock 2 different women told us that we were basically SOL and were even rude to my wife when she tried to find out information since my name was the one that ordered it, making her feel as if she was a liar and doing something wrong just trying to fix an issue that we didn't even cause. I am HIGHLY disappointed with both this purchase and the customer service that we received. Although the ring is beautiful and my wife loved it (now she is afraid to wear it anywhere other than our house), I will NEVER purchase jewelry off of Overstock again - especially jewelry as expensive and important as this.

I noticed in some of the pictures that there is a gap at the bottom between the halo and center diamond. I was just wondering if this gives off more of the look of a floating halo? In the pictures it is a little hard to tell. Thank you!lauren2332 on Sep 24, 2013Please enter a valid question.Answer This Question
Hello lauren2332, The center is set slightly raised so if the ring is tilted, you can see the gap between the center and the settling (halo). The center is secured by the 4 prongs and not touching the halo at all. I hope this helps you!overstockcustomercare1 on Sep 26, 2013
In the product details it lists that the diamond color is yellow, yet the picture is shown with white diamonds. I would just like to clarify what color the diamond(s) are.christopheras on Aug 25, 2013Please enter a valid question.Answer This Question
Hello christopheras, the diamonds are H-I color meaning that they are nearly colorless. You can choose the color of the band with white or yellow gold on the right hand side of the page. I hope this helps you. Thank you for shopping with us. overstockcustomercare1 on Aug 28, 2013
I see in August it stated that you were in the process of making a perfect matching band for this ring. Is this still the case, and if so, do you know when that will be available?decoratingdoll on Jan 9, 2013Please enter a valid question.Answer This Question

Since it sticks up a little, is it still true to size? I have really skinny fingers, so I'm afraid it might wiggle and jiggle around and just not sit right on my finger. on Jun 19, 2012Please enter a valid question.Answer This Question
Does the center of the ring stick up high enough to be able to get a regular wedding band? Or does it have to be curved to sit right with the ring?sjawidzik on May 22, 2012Please enter a valid question.Answer This Question
This is 3.45 mm high which is .13 inches. The middle picture shows a side view. That .13 is less that 1/4 of an inch.overstockcustomercare1 on May 29, 2012
Thank you. so does that mean it can fit a regular wedding band? Or does it have to be curved to fit around the ring?sjawidzik on Jun 18, 2012
