I bought this ring for my niece. She is going through a black phase. This ring perfectly fit the bill. It is prettier in person than the photograph can show. The black onyx is truly black and the zirconia accent is a nice touch of sparkle. My niece loves this ring, and of course, it goes with everything she wears. It is a good deal for the money, well made. Overstock also has matching earrings and necklace, which would also make a nice birthday present for the under 16 set.
