I'd recommend it, which doesn't mean I love it; I don't. I was pretty disappointed in the appearance when I received it. The photo looks better, which isn't a good sign. The dial is more grayish than deep black like it looks in the photo. It's kinda fun to play with rotating the inside dial, even if not much point in it. It's running okay, but I'm not one of these people who measures gain or loss on a daily basis. Maybe I'm being too hard on it. I do like the slightly domed crystal and the hands hold light nicely after a few minutes under fluorescent light. The strap is decent quality--not so cheap it will tear, though the strap holders could easily tear; they are just too thin. (Android should see ******* for heavy rubber straps with equally heavy retainers.) It's reasonably heavy gauge, thought not at all decorative. Course it's supposed to look very modern, meaning minimalist. It's hard to see the red second hand, at least indoors, and very hard to read the day and date, which are inset a little too deeply. The crown is screw-down and so it has to be unscrewed at first, before one can wind the watch at position 1. That won't be necessary if one wears it every day, which I don't. Nice, very smooth wind, I must say.
