The piece looks excellent. Gem is stunning. One downside: the necklace is very thin and seems fragile. A little bit worried about damaging it. Otherwise satisfied.
The color of the stone is beautiful and it looks very nice on the neck. the chain is flimsy and tangles easily. I bought this to go with a pair amethyst earrings I'd gotten as a gift and the dark rich purple of the pendant goes perfectly with the earnings. I am happy with it.
When I saw this beautiful necklace it was sold out, so I 'wait listed' it, hoping that overstock.com would be able to replenish their supply! I'm half Irish and half French, and I REALLY wanted that necklace. So when I received notice it was available again, I jumped at the chance to buy it! And I couldn't have predicted how perfect it would be; it looks very expensive and it's the perfect length to wear with just about anything. And I've received loads of compliments on it! I can't recommend it enough!
Very very pretty. When it is cleaned the stones do not loose color. It's a good gift for yourself or a friend.
I have ordered the blue Topaz set of these too and am very happy with them. Color is right on! Good quality.
