This is a replica coin not a real widows mite from bibilical times so if you are looking for a nice symbolic of faith this is great but if you are expecting authentic coin this is not it

Nice small necklace and makes a wonderful gift for a small price. Good value purchase.

I liked the Widow's Mite soooo much that I purchased two at the same time, one for me and one for my daughter. I would reccommed this item to other buyers, but keep in mind that if you are sensitive to metals that are not gold or silver, you may want to swap the chain in which the pendant comes on, beacuse it may irritate your skin.
