I have had this watch for about a year. Get a ton of compliments all the time. As for the quality, it has worked flawlessly. I have dropped it, kicked it and banged it a million times and keeps on ticking! The glass face stands up very well as it still doesn't even have one scratch. It is a touch chunky but not in bad taste.

This watch looks nice, but is a complete piece of crap. I have sent this watch back to akribos 3 times, once the second hand just fell off, and twice the pin to wind it fell out. the most recent time it took 4 months to get back and it is broken again 2 weeks later. The company has ignored 6 e-mails and 5 voicemails i left while looking for my watch.I also have a friend that has a different akribos watch and the band fell off because it was glued on!!! In summary, DONT EVER BUY ANY AKRIBOS PRODUCT, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered this watch as a gift, but when it arrived it would not start. Customer service was awesome for the exchange and the new watch arrived and worked beautifully. I was worried about the band, but it was high quality and did not appear to be rubber at all.

f you're a little short on funds but looking for a nice gift...this watch will do. Especially if you are buying for a pretty big guy. This watch is perfect and is a real head turner. My boyfriend (he has immaculate taste) loved it, and the quality is so that he didn't feel the need to check it out online to see how cheap the watch was. I would definitely purchase it again...

I bought the exact watch before. The first one I received did not work. Sent it back and got a new one. Beautiful watch and the second one was good. Lasted 2 years and then the second hand fell out at it stopped working. It was only a $$$ watch so I wasn't worried. Bought another one and it doesn't work. Tired of sending these back to get replacements. The band on this one also appears to be made of a cheaper material. Much stiffer plastic and not nearly as comfortable. If you can get one that works they are beautiful watches. I get all kinds of compliments on it. People think it is very expensive

I got this watch for my 16 year old son's birthday. He was thrilled. He has wanted a skeleton watch for a few years and this one is the perfect blend of stylish and sporty. Finally, a great gift for a teen that isn't video game related!

Since I first saw each and every one of Akribos models I became a fan. VERY, VERY BIG MISTAKE! I got 4 different models including this one and two of them got broken in the first 10 days. I went to a watch specialist who confirmed that the mecanism (every piece of it) is made in China. Despite the good look everything inside is as cheap as possible. For watches at a modest price I will stick to CASIO or TIMEX because AKRIBOS, I would not recomend to anyone.

I owned this watch for a week and it slipped out of my hands while I was taking it off and fell on a hard-wood floor. The watch no longer works. This watch is apparently extremely fragile from impact which is a real disappointment considering everything else about this watch exceeded my expectations. Seems very resistant from daily wear and tear but for god sakes don't ever drop it!

I have had this watch for several weeks now. It is a well built, heavy watch. I have received numerous complements on how it looks. The watch has both a self-winder and a manual winding mechanism. Unlike some of my other watches, this one will not stay wound all on its own. I have to wind it two or three times a week to keep it running. Not a big deal, but something to consider.

What a great looking watch! Bought this for myself. Received it three days after ordering. Great service. I have small wrist and this fits fine. Large, bold face really catches your eye. This is the second watch I have purchased from Overstock and I have been very satisfied with both.
