Great Customer Service
This is a great product and was a wonderful Christmas gift but I was more impressed with the customer service I recieved from Overstock.com. When purchasing online, I accidently purchased the silver necklace instead of the gold. One simple phone call to Overstock and my problem was fixed. In less than 3 minutes the representative had cancelled the original order and re-submitted my new order. The phone number was easy to find on the website and the service was fast and friendly. I never thought it would be that easy to fix since I was purchasing something online.The product came in a timely manner and it was everything I thought it would be.I highly reccomend shopping at Overstock.com!
