I purchased this ring to give it to my sister in law for her 40th birthday and her birthstone is sapphire so this ring was perfect. It suck they did not have any availability for my size because when it arrived it was gorgeous. She loved and and is wearing it everyday.

I was looking forward to gettting this ring. Every day I ran home to see if it had arrived. I got the ring on October 28. I really love the ring. I ordered it to fit on my right hand, second to last finger, but it was a bit too big so I wear it on my middle finger. I didn't want to take out insurance just to mail it back to get refitted...... It is not as sparkly as I thought it would be. It only has a slight sparkle to it. That's OK. It's still a pretty ring. So far, no compliments on it. I am surprised because it is eye-catching.....Oh well, this ring is my treat to myself so I love it!!

I purchased this ring a few weeks ago and have been wearing it just about every day as a right hand ring. It has an antique look to it, and it catches the light nicely. I've already received several compliments on it. The band is sturdier than I thought it would be. It isn't the same thickness all the way around, but the back of the band does not thin out as much as other rings I have, so it was a nice surprise.

I wasn't sure what to expect as this was the first purchase I had made with Overstock. I think I got what I paid for. I'm no gem/ jewellery expert, but it doesn't feel or look cheap. It shines and sparkles just right. It doesn't look like costume jewellery either, which is one thing I was afraid of. This is a perfect 5 year anniversary gift!!!

My husband actually purchased this exact ring from a local jewelry store for me a few years ago at a substantially higher price ($500) and I adore it. It is one of my favorite rings, as it can either be dressed up or worn every day. It is a substantial ring, but the intricate detail work makes it look more delicate and somewhat vintage in appearance. The sapphires are a beautiful, clear light cornflower color and my SIL, who LOVES her diamonds, thought that they were blue diamonds.Definitely a must for your jewelry wardrobe and you can't beat the price!

I bought this ring to wear for everyday in place of my wedding set because I kept loosing stones from it. The little diamonds are quite sparkly and the sapphires are a very dark blue (in my opinion, they are much darker than the picture indicates). My only complaint with this ring is that the settings themselves have some rather sharp edges, but overall this is a lovely ring and I will wear it for many years.

I recieved this ring as a 10th anniversary present from my husband, and am absolutely in love. I where it as a replacement engagement/wedding ring. It has so much shine and sparkle. The diamonds are quite small, but they deliver so much sparkle their small size isn't an issue. The sapphires are also just as stunning.I gave this ring 4 stars instead of five because for me it isn't the most comfortable ring to where. However I got over that fast because of the absolute beauty of this piece.

I received this ring for my birthday last year. It is lovely and I have never had more compliments on any other ring I own! (That includes my much more expensive pieces.) Many of my coworkers want to know where I got it and always want to try it on. It sparkles, even with daily wear. I'm a nurse so I'm constantly washing my hands and wearing gloves. This ring is very comfortable with a low profile that doesn't snag on things or spin.

the ring is pretty I was hoping it was more shiny but for the price it was an excellent vallue and I would recommend it. The sapphires are a light color the ring looks like a vintage ring which was what they had said it would be. I could only get this in a size 8 and it's a little big but overall the ring is as represented

My boyfriend gave me this ring as an anniversary present, and I have barely taken it off since! The ring has an antique feel and the gems really sparkle! It's a great right hand ring, and I would recommend it to anyone!!

I bought this ring back in Dec 2007 and have been wearing it pretty much every day. It has been and still is my favorite ring almost a year later. If I am wearing jewelry that day, it is usually on my finger. I love that it is not a high ring, i.e. it hugs my finger and doesn't get caught on things or gets in the way. The workmanship is wonderful and it's a heavy solid, feeling ring. The sapphires are of a uniform color which is how it should be. They do look much darker when the ring is on my finger. In the picture there is light coming in through the back of the stones. When it's on a finger that light is cut off. Still it is very beautiful! There are no cons whatsoever I can think of. I have gotten countless compliments and at least two of my close girlfriends have said on several occasions that if they had the money they would get it or themselves.

My wife always wanted a sapphire ring but never bought one for herself. Her birthday was coming up and I wanted to really shock her. I picked this one and I knew she would love it. I was really happy with the ring. The diamond detailing looked fantastic as well as the clarity of the stones. She loved it like expected.

I really love the ring. When I saw it on the net, I thought it would be perfect and it was. I'm 150% satisfied with all the aspects of my purchase. The ring looks great and I especially love the bursts of sapphire color. It's a really nice touch.

It all about the detailing. I'm impressed with the workmanship and the design. It's much more extravagant than I expected. It will serve better as an evening ring, I'm still really happy. It was worth the wait and purchase.

I anxiously awaited this beautiful ring only to be disappointed. Honestly the discounted price is even too much for this ring. The picture does it WAY too much justice! I think I will just stick to purchasing my jewelry the old fashioned way---in person.

I love this ring! I bought it to wear as a right hand ring, the size is perfect and it's a very comfortable ring to wear. It has a wonderful antique look with plenty of sparkle! The sapphires are a nice shade of blue, I love the color. After I got this ring I went to a couple of mall jewelry stores and tried on similar rings, they all felt the same as far as weight but those rings were about $200-300 more than what I paid! This ring looks so much better in person, the picture does represent the ring well!

This ring is better in person than on the website picture. I bought this as a Christmas gift to myself and I love it! It's a unique, beautiful and elegant ring and not too big for my small hands. The only problem I had was that I ordered a size too big but when I bought a smaller replacement size, the ring's workmanship and overall appearance wasn't as nice as the first one, and the sapphires were a different shade of blue. Luckily, I hadn't sent the first one back so I just kept the bigger size and returned the replacement ring. So the workmanship may not be consistent if you have two of the same rings to compare side by side. Other than that, this is my favorite piece of jewelry. I was very satisfied with my purchase.
