I loved the look of these (very large), but it was difficult to securely fasten the clasp because the hoop is so thin/flimsy, and is therefore rather wobbly. So as you're pressing down on the clasp, the hoop is constantly flexing, making it hard to fasten unless you're in front of a mirror. Also, keep in mind that because they're so big (over 2 inches long), it's easy to get your hair, scarf or hand caught in it and pull it out. In fact, I lost one of them a week after I got them because I probably inadvertently pulled it out as I was brushing my hair off my face. I don't think I'll buy a replacement set because I think it'll just happen again - I am going to get something more sturdy this time around.

I love hoop earrings. They look great and people say they look great. They are not overwhelming on you.
