May be nice for a child but too small and lightweight for an adult. Sapphire is my birthstone so I kept them anyway, thinking I could add earring jackets. That didn't help much though. They seemed to turn around as I wore them and end up with the diamond accent pointing down on one ear and to the back on the other ear.

I gave them to my sister for her Birthday and she loved them. and they sparkle like crazy. She was tickle over them. She said they will stay in her ears all the time. The look good with the others she wear in her ear and I brought them to match her sapphire rings she wears. I was very pleased with the order. Than you Overstock!

I bought these and they are pretty small. The sapphire is about the size of a regular stud, but the diamond is tiny. It's more like a pin head.
