I was so excited to get this necklace and thought it was beautiful with an exceptionally good price. When the necklace arrived, I was terribly disappointed. I thought it would be more about the size of a quarter and instead, it was more the size of a dime. My husband encouraged me to go back online and to check out the ad again. It very definitely describes the necklace as it was when it arrived. I was the one who had fallen in love with the picture, rather than carefully reading the dimensions in the description! It is a lovely necklace and very feminine but just not what I was expecting. I will probably use it as a gift for one of my nieces' graduation gifts since there are two family graduations this Spring.

The picture in the ad indicated that the diamond heart necklace was one inch long. Upon receipt, the necklace was about half that size (barely the size of a dime). The Overstock ad should be revised to reflect the actual size of the item.

It was very pretty, however, the chain is a little thin...

We ordered the WHITE GOLD necklace, but received YELLOW and the chain was so tangled that it broke and we had to go out and purchase a new chain before giving the necklace as a Christmas gift. On a positive side, it arrived very quickly and it was displayed well on the website (picture wise.)

I was surprised when it came within 3 days. The only problems with the necklace was that there was a small kink in the chain that took me about 20 minutes to straighten out without damaging the links, and that the picture also portrays a different chain than actually comes with the necklace. It is not a box chain as the picture suggests, but rather a basic coil link. Everything is in perfect condition.

A well-crafted piece with a good quality diamond. It's alot heavier than I expected! What the picture doesn't show is the open framing behind the heart which holds the chain--and so, when worn, the pendant sits exactly as shown. I was wary about the picture/product, but it's shown true to image!
