Charming
I ordered this as a gift so naturally I was expecting the charm to be larger. But the quality seemed very good and it was very cute with the other beach charms it was put with on a necklace. The size in the discription includes the ring catch as well as the charm so if you want something for a braclet you may want one larger. But for a necklace it worked fine.

Recently my family went to the Florida Keys for some R & R. My wife wanted a conch shell charm for her bracelet, so were looked for it at several gift shops in Key West. Imagine my relief when I found the same exact charm for half off! I ordered it at the airport as we were leaving and within a week my wife had it. Perfect!

Enamel Slop
Shell is cute and realistic as far as the mold is concerned. The enamel was globbed on the shell. Not very realistic presentation of color. The white line was rubbed off on the lip of the shell.

14k Yellow Gold Conch Shell Charm
I was a little disappointed with the inside coating of the shell. It seemed to have a rubberized coating inside and that was nicked. I needed to take it to my jeweler so they could put a larger bail on it so I could slip it onto my necklace. The jeweler was afraid to work with it because of the rubberized part, he thought it would burn when he was putting on the bail. Overall, I do like the charm a lot, but would have preferred the inside to have been a painted enamel instead of rubberized.

Be Aware of the Size
As other reviewers have noted, the size of this charm is tiny. It is dwarfed by all of the other charms on my bracelet. The color is a bit brighter than in the photo, but it's not garish. The links on my bracelet are fairly thick and I struggled for a long time to get the tiny clasp to work on one of the links. I think the quality of the workmanship of the charm is just fine and the overall shape is nice. I wanted this as a remembrance for a great trip I just took to the Florida Keys. Like many of the other reviewers, I just wish it was a bit bigger.

Conch Shell Charm
The little pop of color (the enameling (pink inside the conch) adds an almost artistic style to the whole bracelet. The quality and craftmanship are evident by its construction, weight and detail.

This is a cute charm, but I was disappointed that it doesn't look as realistic as the picture here. I think it's because the enamel is too bright and detracts from the quality of the piece. Still, I collect sea life charms, so I'm keeping it. If you are discriminating about what you buy, you may want to pass on this.

Gold Conch Shell
Very nice charm. I would have liked it more if it were a little bigger and if it were a pendant instead of a charm. I removed the clasp and put a ring on to wear it as a pendant. Looks great!
