This is a cute charm, but I was disappointed that it doesn't look as realistic as the picture here. I think it's because the enamel is too bright and detracts from the quality of the piece.
Still, I collect sea life charms, so I'm keeping it. If you are discriminating about what you buy, you may want to pass on this.

Very nice charm. I would have liked it more if it were a little bigger and if it were a pendant instead of a charm. I removed the clasp and put a ring on to wear it as a pendant. Looks great!

Shell is cute and realistic as far as the mold is concerned. The enamel was globbed on the shell. Not very realistic presentation of color. The white line was rubbed off on the lip of the shell.

I was a little disappointed with the inside coating of the shell. It seemed to have a rubberized coating inside and that was nicked. I needed to take it to my jeweler so they could put a larger bail on it so I could slip it onto my necklace. The jeweler was afraid to work with it because of the rubberized part, he thought it would burn when he was putting on the bail.
Overall, I do like the charm a lot, but would have preferred the inside to have been a painted enamel instead of rubberized.

The conch shell charm is very "charming" and real like. I would highly recommend this charm to anyone looking for a charm to add to their bracelet or necklace. It is not very big or over powering as some charms are - just the right size.

I bought this several months ago and could not be happier. It reminds me of a very large conch shell that was a gift from a friend who lives in Cancun. I noticed a few little 'empty' dots in the white enamel along the edge, so I took some good quality nail enamel and dabbed it on, let that dry and coated the edge with an excellent top coat I use on my nails. (It has a non-yellowing element in it.) Rather than being a negative aspect, I had a blast doing it and it made my creative juices come alive!! (For a few minutes, anyway!) I come to Overstock first for my charms because I find many that I have seen elsewhere for much more money!

Pretty charm. The overall shape of it isn't quite like a conch-a bit flat on the gold outside of the shell. But the enamel on the inside of shell is very delicate and pretty. Little disappointed in the price for it not to be as detailed as the picture represents.

I always check Overstock when I want a new charm and I've seen this one on a shopping channel for much more. It's gorgeous! Perfect size and weight, very detailed and the enameling is beautiful. As always, thank you Overstock!!

I ordered this as a gift so naturally I was expecting the charm to be larger. But the quality seemed very good and it was very cute with the other beach charms it was put with on a necklace. The size in the discription includes the ring catch as well as the charm so if you want something for a braclet you may want one larger. But for a necklace it worked fine.

While I really like this charm, here are the facts: It is small... read the dimensions; I found this charm on another non-discount website for $69 regualr price so I question the retail comparison--I now don't feel as though I got THAT great of a deal; the enamel painted on the charm was clumped on the edge and I had to fix it. Given the above, it IS a nice, well-made small charm and it is three-dimensional.
