I love flowers, so I ordered this set as a birthday gift for myself last year. When the box arrived, I noticed that something inside was rattling around. Upon opening the package, I noticed that one of the earring backs had come off and the stone in the second earring had come out of its setting. I was somewhat disappointed as this was a birthday gift for myself and I had been in and out of the hospital several times over the prior few months, so I was looking forward to receiving a little something to lift my spirits. I called Overstock.com customer service and explained what had happened. I was issued and RGA # to return the set I had & was told I would be sent a replacement set once Overstock.com received the return. While I was in no real hurry to receive the item, I explained to the customer service rep that I had had a really challenging year being in and out of the hospital and that this was a little birthday gift for myself to cheer me up. After having heard my story, the agent said she would send my replacement immediately (before receiving the return). I was sent a prepaid return label via email which I only needed to print, tape to the box and give to mu UPS driver. I expected to receive the replacement within a week like the first shipment, so imagine my surprise when TWO days later the replacement order arrived in my mailbox. Not only did the agent replace my damaged order before my having sent back the damaged goods, she sent it via Priority Mail (at O.Co's expense), so I could receive my birthday gift to myself as soon as possible!! The replacement order was exactly as pictured and I was quite pleased with the set. Having been a customer service manager for over 25 years, I have been on the giving and receiving end of both good and bad service many, many times. While the earrings & pendant were intended as a birthday gift, the real gift I received was the stellar customer service provided by Overstock.com. The young woman who took my call did not have to ship the replacement before I had a chance to ship back the defective item. She CERTAINLY did not have to ship the replacement via expedited shipping. This young lady could have written the book on customer service. She did exactly the best thing any customer service agent can ever do in the course of performing their jobs..SHE LISTENED! Upon hearing my story, my problem became her problem and she went out of her way and far above and beyond my expectations. It was a simple thing that she did, but that small, simple act of kindness has ensured that Overstock.com has a customer for life in me. Bravo, O.Co!!!

• How accurate was the sizing? Pendant size seemed a little smaller than what was shown in the photo, but it did not really change my opinion of the product.
• Please tell us about the quality of the product. The stones were set a little loosley.

This its a gorgeous set. The only drawback is that the necklace is very thin and it looks like it may break easily. I didn't buy the set for the necklace so it doesn't mater to me. The pieces are a good size, the stone its very shiny and our has a great design.

Gave this to a friend of mine on her engagement. Everyone stopped to look at it and how beautiful and original it looked when the bride to be wore it. Awesome design-gentle and classy.

I got this set for my wife and im really happy to say that It isn't fragile and it looks very pretty. For the price, its actually rather large and will not go unnoticed to those around it. This was a great purchase.

I would like to say that the image does not do this justice. I have this set on right now and i am glowing. I love simple classy jewelry-it does not look bulky or cheap. The whole set is so cute and i am always having people commenting on them. I love it and hope you will too.

It is a nice set but it is meant for a little girl and not an adult. The chain is too short and thin. I wasn't expecting too much but i guess for that price you get what you paid for.

I give this set an A+. The quality is really good, the look is nice and it's makes for a great gift. I got it and I really like it.
