The charm is too small for a woman's charm bracelet. It might be ok for a child's. Also, while the photo makes it appear to be 3-dimensional it is hollow on the reverse side. It would probably be ok for a small necklace where you only see one side.

I have a charm bracelet that contains charms from all my travels. I was very happy to find the Arc de Triumph at a reasonable price.
