I received a freshwater pearl necklace for my birthday and have been searching for matching earrings. These are perfect! They are comfortable, just the right length for both work and evenings out, and the quality is outstanding. The pearls are not perfectly smooth, which gives them a unique look, and the gold is just bright enough without being too flashy. I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought the earrings for the pearls. I love pearls and these seemed to be quite inexpensive for the quality detailed in the description. Upon arrival, I really examined the earrings closely. Given I'm a pearl freak, they pass my test. They look great.

I bought these a little early but they are for Mother's Day. I knew my mother would adore them and I didn't want to rist loosing a chance to own them. The earrings arrived quickly and they look much better than in the picture. I'm really happy with my purchase, I would buy from here again.

I was so disappointed by this pearl quality that did not look same in the photo of website..i returned even at same day we receive. we went to up better quality even higher price.

If you like yellow gold, you will love the way it looks against these pearls. For one, all the elements are really high end. Put them together and you get something really pristine. I wear these earrings pretty often, they are great!

The earrings are so classy. I love the shape of the pearls. They are quite round, they are more oval. They are stunning. The finish is also very lustrous. I wear them and I get many compliments and comments on them.

Fresh water pearl earrings

The earrings are lovely. Just the right weight for a nice piece of jewelry. They have a really good clasp on the back so you don't worry about them coming undone. They are easy to wear for dressing up or going casual. The gold gives them an aire of elegance and the fresh water pearls are a little more casual. Nice piece of jewelry, especially for the price.

Mine do not look like the picture!

If you are expecting a plump little pearl that looks like the picture then these are not for you. Mine are flat mis-shapen little things that bear no resemblence to the picture on line. The color and lustre are nice - but that is about as far as it goes. Also - mine have a little gold ball threaded on to the wire laying on top of each pearl - which I did not notice in the on line picture either. Closer examination with a loupe showed those to be very poorly constructed. Cheap.

Not as nice as I expected

I bought these hoping they would be a Christmas present for my mother, and as always Overstock does a fantastic job of shipping quickly. Unfortunately I was not satisfied with the quality of the earrings and didn't feel my mother would be either. The gold is thin and the pearls just don't look well attached to the hoop. These earrings might make a nice gift for a young girl or someone who likes light and super casual jewelry, but unfortunately I wanted something a little more formal and well-made for my mom.
