I needed a longer gold chain and got a price of $190 at my local jewelry store, so this was a great alternative. I think the only difference is that the chain is a little thinner than what you would get in the store. So far so good though. The look of the chain is perfect and it has a nice tight clasp.

I purchased this chain for my sister and she absolutely loves it. Although it looks delicate, it's strong enough to withstand showering and sleeping in. The color is very pretty on her skin too.

The gold chain was like any standard gold chain that may come with a diamond or any charm. The price was very reasonable especially since I needed a chain for a gold charm I already had.

I needed a new chain to hold a substantial gold guitar pendant that is very special to me. This chain is sturdy enough to hold the chain securely, and it looks and feels great. My best friend works at a quality jewelry store and she was impresessed by the quality and value of this chain. I'm so happy I bought it about a week before the cost of gold went through the roof, and I can safely wear my special pendant.

Beautiful chain! It is light weight, dainty, yet, strong enough to hold any charm you want. I bought it for the size of the bevel on my charm. I only wish it had a lobster claw clasp on it. I've looked other places and the cost was 3 or 4 times the price of this one. Yet, for the price, you get more than your moneys worth!

The necklace is much more beautiful up close than in the picture. I had gone to the jewlery store prior to making the purchase and looked at various chains, type etc. The wheat was the most beautiful. It looks fragile, but is stonger than it looks.

This is a nice, well-made chain that was perfect for my pendants. The chains that come with necklaces are always so delicate that they break soon after I buy them, so I've been left with a dozen or so beautiful pendants and no chain to wear them with! I needed a chain that was thin enough so that the pendant could slip through it, but not so thin and delicate that it would break easily. This fit the bill. If you are expecting a big, beautiful, expensive-looking chain you will be disappointed but this was perfect for my application. PS Overstock.com is a great, trustworthy site.

I ordered this necklace to go with a pendant I received for Valentine's day. I am very pleased with the size of the chain. It is not as thin as I thought it would be, but is very pretty and suited the pendant well. It seems strong, but is still delicate appearing. Would order again.

The necklace is beautiful, and despite being very delicate was able to hold 3 very small charms with no problem. However, the clasp was very hard to manipulate, and even more difficult for my mother-in-law (who the necklace was for). Also, when I tried to put the charms on the necklace it knotted very easily, almost to the touch. In retrospect, it is better suited as a solo piece, and definitely not for people who have arthritis or difficulty manipulating very small items.

This is the second one I've purchased. It is a very nice necklace for the price. While it looks delicate, it has good strength to avoid breaks. I've told family and friends how pleased I am with this necklace and highly recommend it to anyone.
