Wanted to like it but...
I really wanted to like this ring and I sort-of do but (and this is a big but) the topaz, even though it is nicely cut, has a big area in the middle that is clear. I realize that topazes and other stones may be cut this way, but with the back of the setting being open, it means that you can see your finger through the stone. The rest of the ring, other than the middle of the stone, is lovely - it has lots of sparkle and the diamonds in the band are nice. It's not for me though so I'm returning it.
