My son bought this ring as a gift for his girlfriend. She wanted a natural sapphire ring in white gold. After shopping at local jewelry stores, we found a lot of synthetic sapphires and few natural ones. The naturals we did find were either very dark (almost black) and/or were very expensive. When we told the jewlers our price range, they about laughed at us and told us that the setting alone would be more than our budget. We found this ring and loved it. It's different than anything we had seen at the malls. We were very happy with the ring when it arrived. The color of the saphhire is just gorgeous-a beautiful bright blue (as pictured). The setting is solid and isn't set too high, making it very wearable. The stone is a nice size for a small/medium hand. The diamonds are small, but off set the sapphire beautifully. It is a wonderful ring, especially for the price. Sapphires at the mall of this quality and size were 3 to 6 times the price we paid.

The ring looks great and fits perfectly. Unfortunately the stone is very dark but I knew that in advance after reading other reviews. (just hoped that the one I ordered would not:) ) Loved it though!

I was thrilled when I got this ring. Quality of the whole piece was great. The stone is a little dark but you get what you pay for in precious stones. I have a pair of art deco saphire earrings that I got for my birthday a couple of years ago and I was so excited and surprised when I discovered that this ring is almost a perfect match. It's not a huge ring obviously but would classify it as "delicate" instead of "small". I love delicate jewelry though so it's right up my alley.

Shipping was fast, product nice,only box can be nicer and better

I ordered this as a gift for my wife. The measurements online are correct but you don't realize how small it is until it's in your hand. The band is very thin and looks like it would break easily. Also, the band is not evenly shaped (its thicker on 1 side from the other). The sapphire looks nice though, but my wife didn't like the band being so thin. I had to return it.

This ring is very beautiful. It is much smaller than I thought based on the photos, but it really is gorgeous. The sapphire is a very deep blue and the antique setting makes it look old and very expensive. I received it as an anniversary gift from my boyfriend, and for a genuine sapphire (although small) you cannot possibly beat the price.

Was a little disappointed in the color of the sapphire. Was a bit dark but for the price you pay I guess its a good deal. The only real problem that I had was the shipping. Overstock sent the shipping label, but no package, and it did take a lot longer for me to get the ring. I would say that the size of the stones would be more for a young lady (about 16 yrs.), it would suit that age more.

My youngest sister just graduated from high school. She and I were being silly and looking at jewelery just for fun. When she said that she liked this ring, the price was sooo affordable, I could not resist buying it. When she received it, she was very surprised and excited. She LOVES it and wears it all of the time. The ring is beautiful and has excellent color. It looks young enough for her to wear it, but it is versatile enough for someone of any age. I am very pleased with this purchase.

the size and the structure is very accomadating to wear on a an everyday basis

It is a beautiful ring, but was much smaller in size than I anticipated. I wear a size 5 so my hands aren't that big but it still looked too small. Would be a perfect size for a petite lady or one with smaller hands.
