Online these look terrific, but when I got them, I was really disappointed. First, they are way smaller than they appear, then they really look like they are much cheaper quality than expected.

After looking for a simple pair of sapphire earrings for AGES I found these and was incredibly pleased. I was thrilled when I opened the box too! Small, but still eye-catching, and a beautiful deep blue. I have sensitive ears, and to find such a lovely pair of earrings that go with absolutely anything I want to wear, whether I'm dressing up or dressing to hit the hardware store, is a great treat. The stones are cut and set very well, and definitely a pair I would recommend to any other sapphire lovers out there!

These are not worth the time or the money. The sapphires arrived in two different shades; one lighter and one darker, and it appears that one stone is slightly smaller than the other. The only positive is the setting; a four prong box . I now need to figure out if I should return them or keep them and avoid the hassle of paying a restocking fee and return shipping charges. If I keep them I¿ll most likely give them to my 10 year old niece who doesn¿t yet appreciate good jewelry. I guess there is some truth to the old adage, "You get what you pay for".
